November 2 and 3 were decisive days in the path of the EULiST alliance, as the kick-off meeting was held at the Leibniz University Hannover (LUH), attended by the rectors and vice-rectors of the ten allied universities. For URJC, the Spanish delegation was led by our rector Javier Ramos and Pablo T. Salvadores, director of the internationalization area.

This meeting was vital for the development of the project because it represents a step forward to achieve the objectives set after receiving funding from the European Commission. Once the rectors that make up the governing board and the vice-rectors that are part of the management board met, the members of the Advisor Council were proposed as part of the strategic key components of the EULiST development. In the case of the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, the mayor of Fuenlabrada in Madrid, Francisco Javier Ayala, who is now part of the EULiST team, was elected.
