From May 19th to May 22nd, 2025, the International Office of the Brno University of Technology (BUT) hosted the Staff Week as part of the EULiST network. The event aimed to enhance mutual cooperation and partnerships, support high-quality student and staff mobility, and improve the recognition of courses among institutions within the EULiST network.
Rey Juan Carlos University (URJC) was represented by Juan Manuel Dévora, IT Director at URJC and co-coordinator of the task group 3.5 on the Recognition Framework; Micael Gallego, Academic Director of the Program for Digital Transformation at URJC; and Joseba Varela, as International Relations Officer at URJC.
The program featured panel discussions and thematic meetings within working groups (WP1: Student Engagement, WP3: Recognition Framework and Erasmus Task Force), as well as the exchange of best practices and the development of strategies for more effective mobility. The event brought together around 30 representatives from EULiST, along with other experts.
Over the course of four days, participants had the opportunity to engage not only in professional discussions but also in informal networking, helping to strengthen collaboration among partners.
