We are pleased to announce that the URJC provisional resolution regarding applications for the II EULiST Student Conference has been published. This significant event is part of our ongoing commitment to fostering academic excellence and international collaboration through the EULiST alliance.

The conference offers a unique platform for students to engage in meaningful discussions, share innovative ideas, and build lasting connections.

The provisional resolution, which includes the list of students whose applications have been provisionally admitted or excluded, is available on the URJC Sede Electrónica.

Key Information for Applicants:

  • Review Your Status: Applicants can check their status by logging into the “Messages” section of their Citizen Folder (Carpeta Ciudadana) on the URJC Sede Electrónica.
  • Correction Period: Students whose applications are marked as excluded have a period of two business days, to submit corrections.
  • How to Submit Corrections:
    -Access your Citizen Folder (Carpeta Ciudadana).
    -Navigate to the “Expedientes” section.
    -Select your excluded application and follow the steps to correct it via the “Subsanar” option.

Once the correction period concludes, the Vice-Rector for International Relations, María Luisa Humanes Humanes, will issue a final resolution with the definitive list of admitted and excluded applications.
