From March 26th to 28th, 2025, the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) hosted the meeting of Task Group 2.1.

The purpose of T2.1 “EULiST Digital Campus” is to link to the EULiST Community via a user-friendly point of entry and key digital infrastructure for education, research and outreach. The EULiST Digital Campus will provide an integrated learning management system, a system for student enrolment, flow of information on EULiST activities as well access to the EULiST Knowledge-hub and the Academic Support Centre.

Rey Juan Carlos University (URJC) was represented by César Cáceres, Vice Rector for Digital Transformation and Education and Artificial Intelligence at URJC; and Bernardino Muñoz, as EULiST Officer at URJC. César participated in a technical conference and discussion on the architecture of the Digital Campus.

The platform constitutes a central axis of the EULiST project given the functionality that it must contemplate related to other tasks of the project, such as the management of the EULiST Course Catalogue or the platform for scholarship management.

On this meeting, Prof. Nikolaos Mitrou (NTUA) presented the proposed design for the EULiST Digital Campus, and different alternatives were evaluated in order to consider aspects such as sustainability, data security and modularity, with a view to future developments.
