From June 23 to 25, the Public Relations (PR) Unit of the EULiST Alliance held an in-person meeting hosted by the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), Greece. The gathering brought together representatives from nearly all partner universities, a member of the Student Board, and Natia Gamkrelidze, the Secretary General of the Alliance.

The agenda covered a wide range of strategic topics, including presentations on the current PR structures within each university and discussions on how to foster more effective collaboration. Participants also discussed EULiST’s planned participation in the EAIE 2025 education fair, which will take place in Gothenburg this coming September. A key development was the upcoming onboarding of the Alliance’s new Communication Officer, based at STU, who will officially begin on September 1 and operate under the supervision of the Secretary General.

Finally, the group explored possible mechanisms for implementing EULiST’s communication and dissemination strategy across member institutions. The meeting highlighted the importance of coordinated efforts in promoting the Alliance’s mission and visibility across Europe and beyond
